Premier Banking
Premier Banking is an exclusive, fee-free personal banking service designed for more affluent Isle of Man residents. If you have more than £100,000 in assets to invest or an income of at least £75,000 paid into a Barclays Wealth International account, you can enjoy the services of a dedicated Relationship Manager, access to a range of premium banking products and solutions, and personal introductions to financial specialists around the world.

Mortgages
Whether you're a first-time buyer, looking to switch from your current lender, need to remortgage or thinking of an investment, you can choose the features and repayment options that best fit your requirements. We offer a complete range of mortgages to help Isle of Man residents buy property in the Island – or in the UK. Depending on your circumstances and the particular mortgage, you may be able to borrow up to 85% of the property's purchase value or purchase price, in which case you would require a deposit of 15%.
