International trust and company mortgage
This mortgage scheme allows you to finance your residential or investment property purchase using a special purpose trust or company structure. It’s available in sterling only, with a minimum loan amount of £100,000.
Portugal and Italy cross-border mortgage
We offer mortgages for the purchase of residential property in Portugal or Italy using a special purchase vehicle. The mortgage is offered in euro only, with a minimum loan of €500,000. We offer a choice of fixed and variable interest rates, with repayment profiles that can be tailored to suit your needs.
